HL Needle Bearing Factory focuses on supplying needle roller bearings with stable quality and large stock availability for aftermarket and industrial use.
We have been working with many customers on a long-term basis, mainly handling repeat orders and regular supply.
Our business is largely based on repeat orders, so we pay close attention to consistent quality and reliable delivery in daily operations.
We also keep stock of commonly used models, which helps us respond to inquiries more quickly.
Production, Quality & Supply Capability
Production Technology
Our production follows standard processes:turning, heat treatment, grinding and final assembly, referencing German and Japanese bearing standards.Most models we supply can match common international brands and are suitable for direct replacement(SKF / INA / KOYO / NTN ...).
Production Capacity
Our workshop runs with CNC grinding machines and automatic assembly lines for needle bearings. Heat treatment is handled through long-term partner factories.
We produce around 300,000 to 500,000 pieces per month, mainly small and medium size models.
Production is arranged based on actual orders and stock needs, which helps us keep supply steady and delivery time under control.
Quality Control
Quality checking is carried out during the whole production process:
- Raw material inspection
- Dimensional inspection
- Hardness testing
- Rotation and noise testing
This helps us keep quality consistent for repeat orders.
Experience & Supply
We have experience handling export packing and shipments to different markets.
